MYOB accounting software setup by a Certified ConsultantAn MYOB Certified Consultant will bring to your organisation his knowledge of accounting, computers and MYOB. He will teach you about the ways MYOB can help to increase sales and reduce costs.
The consultant will make sure that everything is incorporated correctly and show you how to integrate MYOB with Microsoft Office2000 Word processing and Excel spreadsheets.

Your company's knowledge is its most valuable asset. The Account2000™ Consultant will show you how MYOB can start to computerise your knowledge base, just like the 'big boys'. 

Included in the £695 (+VAT) charge is your single user copy of MYOB Accounting AND installation, set up, training and introduction to the program.  The consultant will take you through all the following:

  • Explanation of the elements of MYOB Accounting 
  • Description of the way they work together
  • Creation of your accounts computer file
  • Set up of parameters to meet your needs. 
  • How to improve your management control through analysis of your income & expenditure.
  • How you take on opening balances
  • Explanation and training in how to set up and use:

•  Receipts from customers

•  Payments to suppliers
•  Credit Notes
•  Sundry payments and receipts
•  The card file - where you store all your contact information

Our experience in providing the Account2000™ service shows us that MYOB Accounting can be set up and the major functions can be understood in about 5-6 hours.  This assumes that you (or any staff using MYOB) have a reasonable knowledge of business terms and are familiar with using a computer.  

However, MYOB is an extremely feature-rich system and some of our clients have found it useful to have further training sessions.  This enables you to cover in more detail the items which will be only briefly described during the installation process and any others which may be of particular importance to your business. 

This additional training session can be ordered as an "Optional Extra" when you place your order at the special price of £250 per 4 hour session.  The training is organised so that up to three of your staff can participate.
